Healthy Start Nutrition
We are a family owned, mother and daughter team and are excited to be a part of this community! We are open for breakfast and lunch! Enjoy a healthy meal replacement shake, or grab our protein donuts, protein bagels, waffles and more! All are loaded with 10 to 24 grams of protein to sustain your appetite, plus vitamins and minerals to nourish your body. ALL are low sugar, low carbs and only 100-250 calories.
Fighting a cold? Pick up our Immunity Bomb! Not getting enough greens? Check out our GREENS menu! Lots of amazing options to help feel your best!
We also offer Healthy Energy beverages that are only 5-20 calories, less than a gram of sugar, sweetened with organic stevia, b and c vitamins, aloe for digestion and 160mg of natural caffeine. We also have caffeine free drinks, acai bowls,oatmeal cups and parfaits. All loaded with optimum nutrition!
